On April 26, 2017 members of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to United Medical Center to speak with the complainants Allen and Schatzman Complainant Allen reported to officers that she and Complainant Schatzman because of something that Complainant Allen posted on Facebook. Complainant Allen and Schatzman advised that they were punched about that face and body. Complainants Allen advised that the defendants were her neighbors Qyneshia and Francheska. On April 27, 2017 your affiant along with Detective Abdalla interviewed both complainants Allen and Schatzman at the Sixth District Station. Complainant Allen reported that she had been in a prior argument with Francheska about Complainant Allen allowing Francheska’s boyfriend inside her home. Complainant Allen advised that on the night of April 26, 2017 she had just arrived home and she saw Francheska assaulting her boyfriend outside of her apartment building. As Complainant Allen was going to her apartment, Francheska made a statement about Complainant Allen being involved with her boyfriend. Complainant Allen and Francheska excahnaged words and Complainant Allen went to her apartment. Francheska and Qyneshia followed Complainant Allen and forced their way inside of Complainant Allen’s apartment and refused to leave. Complainant Allen and Francheska continued to exchange word and finally Complainant Allen was able to get Francheska and Qyneshia to leave her apartment. Complainant Allen then followed Francheska out of her apartment onto the street and continued to exchange words outside. Francheska spat on Complainant Allen and punched her in the face.
