Re: New Compliance System Training
New Compliance System Roll-Out Dirk’s Mart is rolling out a new corporation wide compliance system. Training will be lead at a central location and all branch Managers will be expected to go to this location to attend training. Managers will not only train on the new compliance rules but will also learn the new technology. Every manager will be needed to train a minimum of six hours and pass an evaluation at the end of training. This short evaluation will provide assurance to senior management that the training was successful and ensure they will be properly trained when the new system rolls out and are able to meet new company goals and objectives. Each manager that attends training will be responsible for training their subordinates, upon return to their respective offices. This training will be coordinated as part of the training initiative project. Project Stakeholders
The training initiative project affects a host of employees both directly and indirectly. The main partakers of this program include all of the managers at each of the Dirk’s Mart branches nation-wide.

Keeping staff training schedules weekly and monthly and maintaining the quality of effort needed that service levels will be gotten as defined. Executing checks among these areas effected weekly will guarantee that service levels are being meet, and the compliance system is being upheld with the correct training. This should be done bi-weekly for the corporate offices and all employees. This will be vital that the employees involved in the compliance systems and policies meet all contractual, legal, and regulatory goals.
