Most companies focus on a product and envision the company’s growth. With many different departments within a company, there is always room for growth. As required, all employees must attend company or department meetings. The company is an equal opportunity employment to all ethnicity and gender. Upon following all company’s policy and procedures, it is important to make handbooks to cover various aspects with in that company. Also all employees must remain aware that important information that will be sent to them via email. Ensuring success, reports are sent daily or weekly to meet company’s guideline and quotas. Also acknowledge them on how company’s matrix’s work. I will use plenty of literacy as to define all aspect of company’s policy and procedure, and understanding what needs to be done. Task orientation and skills that a company gives as all employees know what they are reading, and how well they communicate to make a great work environment excel. Commitment and to understand all levels of a company, and the various views all employees have depending on their job description. In Reading Work: Literacies in the New Work Place, author Nancy Jackson refers to this as “literacy-in-use”. …show more content…

This memo will take a look at the literacies-in-use inside STL Mobile, my employer, and the various role in the positions of the company. I will also include how literacies are supplied to the quality of service that STL Mobile implements to its consumer/customers. “Working Life and Literacies at the Urban Hotel,” Judy Hunter went into further details and referred “Quality Journey” and how it comes into play at the workplace. I have gather plenty of information as far as personal observation, company statements, and multiple interviews with different leveled of employments.
STL
