With the Advent of Alchemy into this World, a new era of knowledge has been ushered into existence, and likewise has a new era of Warfare. The Continent of Voraeus has been privy to this nature of Warfare, and to the Havoc it has wreaked on the peoples, animals, and lands of this Continent. The history of Alchemy is a history of growth in knowledge and Understanding, yet also a history of war and as an aid to they which might decide to levy war. Thus far, history has shown that man shall wage war with what tools he may, and that, should these tools become inefficient for his needs, he shall create new ones with which to wage war. This organization shall be titled “The Order of the Alchemists of the Continent of Voraeus.”
This Order shall contain all Alchemists which make their residency in the Continent of Voraeus, and all territories owned by a Country of the Continent of Voraeus, and also that having been granted membership, that all Alchemists be granted a license, and that this license, or a proof thereof, must be on their person at all times, and that this license be sufficient proof of identification and right to practice Alchemy for as long as the recipient lives or is otherwise deemed unfit to practice Alchemy by the State.

There shall be Schools of Alchemy in all countries of the Continent of Voraeus, and these Schools shall teach all branches and aspects of Alchemy in a precise manner, so as to most likely effect the education of the students and the safety of these lands, and also that these schools shall be led and taught by experienced and well-trained Alchemists, of whom shall have attended a School of Alchemy, excepting those teaching in the early stages of this program, whom shall be chosen based on their level of skill and experience in the subject, and their role in the events which have compelled the drafting of this treaty.
