High-performance work systems are human relations practices that creates a high level of employee functioning. This is when human resources utilize a set of actions that help the employees learn to be productive leaders for the company by training, education, special tests that help with hiring the right employees, tests that help gauge their employee’s strengths and weaknesses, and monitor every part of the business to ensure efficiency.
