Through an initiative called Reach Forward, Reach Back each class will encouraged to have exciting fundraising and community events that will raise funds for the class below them. For example, the senior class will have a community fundraiser that raises money for the junior class. Then, the junior class will have a fundraising event to raise money for the sophomore class. This will be a collaborative effort by each class and will therefore encourage networking and lasting relationships within the student body. Also, graduating seniors will be given the opportunity to donate funds to university and those funds will be used towards certain aspects of the university that students feels passionate about.
I will use the tools that I learned from this class along with acquiring other skills to diversify income that will support my organization mission. In addition, discuss specific ways in which you could improve current service delivery methods in your future position to keep pace with trends related to needs of the population. I had run for the position, believing I would do what was best for my class. In the beginning, I was excited having conjured a plethora of ideas, ready to enact and perform them all. Senior project reflection While doing my senior project I must remain focused to see what the customers want and what money they get back I went in the kitchen or the student store every day ten minutes before the lunch bell rang. I did what was asked of me if I was told to serve the students I served them till I was told to get my lunch. Afterward I was told to sweep then mop. Afterward I would go to class.
I learned a lot from this meeting and I feel much better now after discussing with field supervisor my future plans as a social worker. I feel comfortable that even though, he knows now that I may not stay within the agency, he will still teach me to the best of his knowledge. I started taking honors type classes in third grade, when my elementary school had an optional class for gifted students to assist in developing our problem solving and literature skills. From fourth through seventh grade I was homeschooled. The curriculum I was using was more advanced and more involved personally than what I'd experienced in my regular elementary school classes. It wasn't simply a classroom where I was handed a packet of work and the teacher walked away. I was allowed to talk through my work and analyze my ideas deeper, instead of simply doing questions by rote, which helped greatly in learning more complicated subjects instead of only memorizing them.

Tawney Nodland – As I look back over the past semester of English Composition, I realize that I have grown as a writer. Not onlyhas my understanding of the writing process changed, my whole attitude towards composition has too. This composition course has made a significant impact on my learning experience and has given me tools to take forward into my future educational and professional goals. Throughout this course, I have discovered things about myself as a writer and know some of my strengths and weaknesses. I now feel more prepared for future writing assignments, whether for work or for school.
For this assignment, we conducted a role play in which my partner and myself were both playing the part as therapist and patient. Although this is the second time that we have done recently, this did not ease much of the anxiety that I had about playing the part of the therapist. Fortunately, unlike my last attempt at the role play, I did very well at ensuring that I focused on getting the structured questions, specifically regarding, support system,, drug use, medical issues and expectations, asked and I was able to discus some of these aspects with the client. In the first place my article, I observe composing to be somewhat baffling. At times I experience difficulty expounding on things I truly don't place myself in an approach to truly focus, to me I surmise that is one of the numerous motivation behind why I experience difficulty doing my exposition. Whereas the think-aloud protocol provided a view into my planning stage, the critical incidents interview expanded my knowledge of how I construct the representation of what I do as a writer. Critical incident interviews require a writer to analyze the power structure of a writing act for the incidents and issues that arise while he or she is talking through the situation. Throughout the course of my time in high school, there were times when I did not give a class or an assignment my best effort, or others when I would absorb information only to regurgitate it when test time came around. I was always able to determine when I sold myself short because of a nagging feeling of guilt that would sweep over me once I had made the decision to not go all out.
