On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.

10/29/2015 at approximately 1918 hours, this officer was dispatched to 207 Florida Avenue for a mother and daughter domestic. Both Denise and Shirley HAZLETT could be heard screaming while I was outside the home on the sidewalk. This altercation was occurring during Shenandoah Height's trick or treat event with numerous neighbors, parents and children walking around the home. I briefly spoke with several neighbors who were standing outside. They expressed thier concerns about Denise and Shirley HAZLETT.

FASB Standard 230-10-10-1 states, “The primary objective of a statement of cash flows is to provide relevant information about the cash receipts and cash payments of an entity during a period.” Go With the Flow Inc. had several unique transactions throughout the year that require accounting treatment analysis under ASC 230. First, Go With the Flow received a $20 million insurance settlement from their insurance carrier as a result of a tornado that destroyed one of the company’s warehouses. The $20 million dollar insurance settlement should be treated as an investing activity on the financial statements. According to FASB standard 230-10-45-12C, receipts from sales of property, plant, and equipment are to be considered investing activities
Regardless how much time is left in the shift,I 'd start by going over to the client who is injured and assist him. I would ensure that the client has clear airways and can breath. I would call for 9-1-1 and staff assistance. While emergency services are on the way I 'd look to see if there are any hazards in the area for us or the client. It 's important to stay calm and quiet with the client while we wait for emergency services to arrive.
The case I will be concentrating on is Tomcik vs. Ohio Dep’t of Rehabilitation and Correction in which Tomcik was imprisoned under the custody of Department of Rehabilitation and correction, based on the Legal and Ethical Issues for Health Professionals book. The problem stimulated from continuous negligence from nurses and doctors at the department, which initially was when Tomcik received a physical evaluation, included the breast examination by Dr. Evans who stated that the examination was cursory and lasted only a few seconds, which means that not much attention was presented regarding the patient and his job. The next day Tomcik noticed a lump as being about the size of a pea in her right breast, however it was not reported by Dr. Evans.
SNC failed to address security prior to beginning his five paragraph order but tasked a subordinate to provide security only after the brief was concluded. The Orientation paragraph contained minimal information. SNC’s stated “We are operating to get this over there” was his Scheme of Maneuver portion, which was confusing and overly general. SNC failed to assign tasks and addressed minimal portions of the Admin and Logistics paragraph. SNC adequately addressed the remainder of the order, which made sense and was briefed with confidence.
I have observed at Mahopac schools last semester. Please let me know if this would be possible. Thanking you in advance.

1. What factors in the WorldCom case support the conclusion that CEO Bernie Ebbers Knew about the financial statement fraud? What factors support his defense that he did not know about the fraud? Bernie Ebbers Knew about the financial statement fraud because he was the one who encourage others to go into financial fraud because of the stock prices were going down, which was affecting his marginal loan. For that reason, he was trying to sell his stock, but the board of Directors lent him $341 million, along with 2% interest rate.

In terms of scheduling a time to meet when I am home at this time its going to be kind of hard because I am working with LifeNet helicopter to schedule shadowing hours and their being pain in the butts in terms of their promptness to respond to my request. I got a confirmation to allow me to fly along but no set hours. And I have one last request if you are willing and able. When I was at SUNY Upstates the only area that the students said that I really needed to work on was a spreadsheet/ confirmation of all of my clinical experience/ healthcare experience and so I was wondering if you still had a copy of my classes rotation shedule?
The jargon needed for medicine is so specific that a class dedicated to learning the vocabulary and structure is essential. However, she is studying native spanish speakers learning English as their second language and I learned Spanish as my second language. I think it would be interesting to see what her data demonstrates in comparison to what I have experienced. I would love the opportunity to take one
