Cult Mystery Kate and Melissa were childhood friends. Kate was a detective and worked for the police. Melissa had no job and was a hopeless romantic. Kate never trusted people easily but Melissa had no trust issues and trusted people easily, she also like meeting new people. One fine day Kate went to visit Melissa. Melissa was so excited and all the time talked about a new guy she met online. Melissa told, “I’m so excited! I met a really cool guy online and it’s going well!” Kate responded, “You mean that newest dating app that is so popular? You can’t trust those people Melissa!” Melissa convinced Kate, “you’re too cynical Kate. I know you’re a detective and bad things happen but the world isn’t full of monsters.” But Kate was a little worried, she said. “Just be a little careful and let me know how things go with this guy. Okay?” Melissa nodded and then Kate had to go somewhere. After 2 weeks Kate again came to visit Melissa. “I’m getting a little worried. Melissa hasn’t responded to any of my calls or texts.” Melissa was not home and the door was locked. Kate took out a key from her backpack which had all the investigation stuff.
