Christopher is the main character of the story The curious incident of the dog in the night time, he is a young boy with Asperger’s which sometimes makes him hard to deal with which parent has the best relationship with Christopher.
Firstly, I would like to begin and talk about Christopher’s father Ed, Christopher and his father lived together alone for many years when Christopher’s mother left which made them become use to each other. Christopher’s father was a patient man and always knew how to deal with Christopher in his worse moments he would always give Christopher exactly what he wanted for dinner because he knew that Christopher wouldn’t eat anything unless he wanted it. If Christopher had a moment he knew exactly what to do whether it was leave him alone for a bit or if he had to forcefully control Christopher which is where some of his bad moments with Christopher would happen. Despite this Christopher thought nothing bad of her and missed her deeply. Some bad moments would be when Christopher and his mother fight over what to have for dinner because she believes that Christopher should have more vegetables but Christopher complained and threw a chopping board at his mother’s foot breaking her toe. But there were also good moments like when she bought him a train set for his birthday and he played with it all day and all night.
