In order to read said documents, you must be able to read cursive well. The Bill of Rights, the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence are all written in cursive. Those are the documents our whole country’s way of living is based on. Cursive helps you tremendously, whether you’re a primary, secondary, or college student. When you have to take notes, cursive is a faster way of doing so. The reason is because you only have to lift your pencil at the end of the whole word rather than lifting your pencil after every letter in print. Students who took the SAT wrote much faster in cursive. Therefore, they poured their main attention into the subject they were writing about. Cursive, as I’ve said, doesn’t disconnect until the end of the whole word, whereas in print the letters disconnect after each specific letter. Overall, cursive is an old, beautiful form of writing that still serves an abundant amount of uses. Cursive is an easy and quick way to write.
