Many people would love to go to college but they can't. It's not because they didn't get the right education or they didn't do good on there SAT, it's because the cost of college is extremely high and is getting higher over the years. The average cost for a private college is $33,480. There are people in the world that are the are extremely smart of the school and may be one of the most educated people in the world but there family can't afford for them to go to college. They can become a top doctor, attorney, or an engineer but the only thing that is stopping them from doing what they want and love is because this person didn't get the father education that the could have go if they went to college. There are some students that would be able to get into top colleges like an ivy league school but the only reason they don't send in their application is because they know that they won't be able to afford to go to school there. It doesn't make sense why you don't have to pay from kindergarten all the way up to your senior year in high school but then once you finished high school you have to start to pay for college. If anything you it should be the opposite you should have to pay for kindergarten all the way up to high school and college should be free.
