Declaration of Independence from MCPS final exams

I, as a student in Montgomery county, have an adequate thinking and understanding ability. There are a lot of students that came from different places with different thinking and understanding ability. So it is hard to fairly measure my knowledge with all these students by one exam created by the county. This unfair measurement will hinder me from getting my privileges and will kill my courage to work diligently. This is why I say the current finals are not a good measure of my comprehension of what I have learned from the courses.

It creates difference.
It won’t consider testing preconditions like family cases and testophobia.
Teachers only teach for the test prepared by the county.
It won’t test a tremendous progress made by students.
It is biased in favor of students who are native english speakers and students who grew up with technology.
It won’t test my creativity, what we have discovered in class, what I came with the education I gained.
It won’t test my hard work over the course, it only tests if I studied for the small portion I am taking the test on.
It lets me pass if I just studied for the final and did not pay attention in class. This is bad because my knowledge is going to be temporary.
It gives an unrightful judgement of my knowledge, so it could kill my motivation to study.
Of the whole course, It tests what they county wants me to know instead of what I know.

The county has not gave any attention to the big difference created in test scores. The scores can speak to themselves. The county has to solve the problems made by the students instead of teaching the students who passed the test because if the other students won’t understand it well, it is like a building in a bad
