Developmental Autobiography
Your childhood can form and shape who you are today. My childhood had many ups and downs, and made me who I am today because of them. So many things can affect your childhood and your outtake on it. Your physical, cognitive and socioemotional development are the greatest aspects throughout your childhood.
My Physical Development: Starting at a young age I loved to play and to be outside, like most kids that I knew. I was involved in dance and gymnastics till I was about seven. I have a younger brother Cade, and he got involved in football at a young age, so I joined cheerleading so I could cheer for his team. The only thing that has stayed the same is my morals/values, this peratakes a large part of my life and helps identify myself. I set my own morals and values and was not pushed by my mother but I did follow her; we went to church every weekend growing up and still do. Having a faith to rely on is what helped my family through some bad times. My parents divorced when I was 4, and i'm so happy they did now that I know why. They did not have a good or healthy relationship at all, but i'm so grateful that I got to live and grow up with my mother. For a few years it was just my mom brother and I, while my older sister was gone and moved out. My mom remarried when I was about 9, and so I gained two new sisters. That was the best time of my life we all got along I then had a younger sister and an older sister living at home; until I was about 14 my mom and step dad got divorced. That time it was awful, mostly because I was old enough to remember everything, and seeing my mothers heart broken was the worst thing I have experienced. What got us through this time was a lot of prayer and keeping our heads high to try to move
