I believe the purposes of education is to activate prior knowledge, construct, along with focusing on four crucial ethics. These moral principles include high quality care to children, which eliminate bias, and creates safety and the well being of each and every individual. It also inspires to build individual relationships. Moreover, an important part about being a professional teacher is to prepare a successful curriculum. I believe that children learn best when they are taught under certain conditions and in certain ways. As an early childhood educator, it is important to conduct developmentally appropriate practices. These basics talk about the study of behavioral issues at home, such as a broken household. This also touches upon how children learn, based on different trouble spots such as disabilities and anxiety issues. The students can develop better social skills by the teacher having them work in groups, along with circle time. Children learn best in an environment that promotes learning. Features of a good learning environment include a fun, happy workplace. For example, my classroom will include beautiful, colorful charts, posters, and inspirational signs. If we are learning how to tell time I will supply toy clocks for each student so they will be engaged, learn, while having fun with the tools that they may end up referring to as toys. All children have certain needs that must be met if they are to grow and learn at their best. Some of these basic needs include additional support, a security blanket, an assignment notebook, one-on- one time with the teacher, and reading aloud. I would meet these needs by touching base with each parent and child to document and acknowledge the requirements for each student to do well. I would give extra attention to the children who need it, I would supply meetings for behavioral issues, also I may spend time having children read aloud in different corners
