I feel very privileged to be apart of such a developmentally important stage in children’s life. As e educator I have the chance to make a difference in each child’s life. My role is not only to educate, but to role model, guide and be their friend. I aim to create an environment where children feel safe, respected and learn through their passions and interests. It’s incredibly important to allow children to have all their needs met; not only physical needs but mental, cognitive and emotional needs as well. They need to experience love, nurturing and affection. I believe that as an educator one of most important bonds to create is with the families we work with.
