Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs how people behave in organizations. These shared values have a strong influence on the people in the organization and dictate how they dress, act, and perform their jobs. Cultures are dynamic. They shift, incrementally and constantly, in response to external and internal changes. So, trying to assess organizational culture is complicated by the reality that you are trying to hit a moving target. But it also opens the possibility that culture change can be managed as a continuous process rather than through big shifts. Nextjump and Netflix are two different companies who involved in this culture based organizational development.

Conclusion:
1. When we compare the next jump and Netflix culture, both are different. The next jump has a policy of no firing…instead Netflix, they will select only “the outstanding people, and expects results matches with the companies interest (no matter how you performed). If not, the will fire that person.
2. In next jump they care their employees first and they believe if they are happy, they will deliver more.
3. The next jump care about their employee’s growth and there is no extra pressure like that in Netflix where an employee always delivers extra ordinary result and that put their employees in immense pressure.
4. The next jump cares about the employees’ physical fitness and willing to keep their employees always fit and energetic. Such a policy is not available in Netflix.
Based on the above reasons, the Netflix culture is fit only for the outperformers and next jump will fit for all
In my personal view, next jump culture is good for the entire
