Different Types of Leadership
Leaders within the military career go over different types of leadership. It is up to them to overcome all obstacles and perform their job as well as possible. As their rank and position increases also is the amount of people that are under their responsibility and influence. An NCO must make the transition between the direct leadership towards the organizational leadership as smooth as possible in order to understand that from that moment on their audience is bigger than it was. There are some differences involving the direct and organizational leadership such as, transmitting the message, the follow up process, and the different perspectives people interpret the same result. An NCO must be aware of these kinds of Leadership to address its audience in a proper way in order to prevent them from misunderstandings.

The mission of the First Sergeant is to provide all means to develop even more the junior enlisted. The First Sergeant will show the junior enlisted that the Army is much bigger than the Platoon is, and it will teach the junior enlisted that it must prepare itself to future jobs, positions, and assignments. The First Sergeant will always be tracking the junior enlisted to check its performance. At this point, the writer cannot even set a point to say that the First Sergeant could take care of Soldiers using empiricism.
