ADVANTAGES OF BECOMING A TEACHER
Those passionate about teaching point to the benefits of working with children and positively influencing the lives of their students. Based on QuinStreet Inc. (2018), there are six advantages; shares their passion, inspire others, make a real difference, change the future of education, a community of educators, and a dynamic field. Mellinger (2018) stated another three; changing lives and caring too much, a degree of autonomy, and variety and adherence to schedules. Teachers shares their Passion. Teaching gives a platform to share their passion and ability with others. As they study to become a teacher, they have an opportunity to develop their skills.

Although the expectations are often high, the pay is relatively low, and working conditions can be hard. If one thinks of becoming a teacher, weigh the benefits of summers off and the opportunity to shape young minds against the stresses that come with the job. Drake (2017) stated four disadvantages of being a teacher.
High Level of Commitment. A teacher can remember the school bell ringing about 3 p.m., signaling that they could head home to enjoy the rest of the day. When compared with the average 9-to-5 work day, some people may assume that teachers are better off than the rest of the workforce. However, not only do teachers need to arrive at school earlier and stay longer than their students, but they also have to spend a lot of time outside school planning lessons, grading papers and performing many other work-related tasks.
Relatively Low Pay. When compared with the work required of a good teacher, the pay is relatively low. Teachers also work daily unpaid hours required
