Dolly Parton is a country music artist born January 19th, 1946 in Locust Ridge Tennessee. From a young age, she showed lots of interest in music. Deciding to pursue a career in the music industry proved to be successful because now she is one of the most known country music artists in the world. Only people like that are worthy enough to get a stamp devoted to them.
