A neurotic father takes matters into his own hands when the new softball coach refuses to let his daughter play in the game, jeopardizing a college scholarship.

BRIEF SYNOPSIS:

DOM HENDERSON (45) is a neurotic and obsessed father, who wants his daughter, AMANDA (17), a star softball player, to win a scholarship for college. Dom is disappointed in his depressed son KENNY (19), who can’t find a job and never excelled in sports.

Dom was once known as good pitcher who struck out the opponent’s star hitter, which helped his team win the state championship game. He wants Amanda to follow in his footsteps.

Instead of letting Amanda play in the game, he puts her on the bench. Amanda becomes depressed. Both Dom and his wife, SANDY, are also upset with the Coach. When Coach Davis gets sick at a game and is replaced, they are hopeful. Amanda is put back in the game and shines.
Their hope soon vanishes when the Coach comes back. He apparently had a bad reaction to pesticides sprayed by a landscaper. He fires the landscaper.

Financially desperate, and growing more frustrated, BOBBY, Dom’s co-worker, introduces Dom to THE TERMINATOR, who is willing to help Dom solve his problem by taking out the Coach. Dom refuses, but when he sees the landscaper, he decides to take matters in his own hands. Dom buys the poisonous pesticide and sneaks onto Coach Davis’ lawn and begins to spray his car and yard. In the process, he drops his phone.

The coach has a bad reaction to the chemical and is rushed to the hospital. He could die. The landscaper is arrested. Dom feels guilty. The Terminator tries to blackmail Dom. Dom has to flee from the Terminator and is forced to jump off a bridge. Dom finally confesses to his family what he did. The police find Dom’s phone and arrest
