So the The focus of my education will be to utilize theories on adult learning and methods of long-term retention within the context of their preferred communication and learning styles. Getting ready for my initial post, I found that Jane Elliot (the teacher who led the experiment: A class divided) is still conducting this experiment nowadays with adults all around the world (over 40 years).
