..Have you ever came across a giant rock when riding along the seaside? Most likely you have. However, all have you know, those are not just rocks. They are ancient. Carved by dragon gods known as The Dutch Angel Dragons. These stones have been carved for a reason. What is that reason you may ask? To tell stories. Stories that could live on until they fade away from old age. And now.. Our story begins… “Come on slowpoke!”, Platform shouted slightly playfully. She had noticed that their classmates were starting to drift farther and farther from the two dragons and tried to make sure they she could see them well enough to at least know which way they were going. Their mentors had stated that they were halfway there, however it seemed at though they weren’t even close. It was only a few minutes before they had gotten left behind. The brown and white furred Angel Dragon was leading them, however, from bring blinded by the sunlight, it caused them to lose sight of their classmates. It also didn’t take Crystal long before she lost her mind and snapped. “See! This is why I wanted to stay home!”, Crystal snapped. “Now we’re out in the middle of nowhere, WITHOUT A GUARDIAN MIND YOU, food, OR WATER.” It wasn’t long before the grey pelted dragon was pacing back and forth in the sand while the younger and much smaller dragon watched; not really catching on. “You were the one who slowed down though.”, Platform confronted. They were right though, and Crystal knew it. If she hadn’t slowed down, they wouldn’t have been in this mess in the first place. However, that wasn’t going to stop the two from fighting like they did at the beginning of the day. “Which is why I should’ve STAYED HOME!”, Crystal snapped back violently. “You’re never going to survive with your foolish arguing!”, The wind-like voice hissed quietly while another sounded like laughter. Platform had frozen from shock, thinking that the rock was talking to them while Crystal studied the statue. Almost completely blocking out their peers startled voice all together. It was unique, nothing she had ever seen before. Crystal started scraping it with her claws. It was rough. Almost as if it was hundreds of years old and was decaying over time. There was a hole in it. What if the voice came from inside the statue? This thought circled Crystals mind like a racehorse. “Cry? Hey! Are you even paying attention?!” The younger dragon snapped as they slapped their back to get their attention which broke Crystal out of her trance from staring at the statue. “Huh? Oh, yea that’s nice.” The tween mumbled silently. It was obvious that they were too busy minding their own business and not paying attention to anything that their buddy was saying.
