Last but not least, educators are encouraged to use visual, auditory teaching materials to promote a multisensory learning in order to develop good understanding. Teacher should take into account when they teach mathematical problems because dyslexia children should able to know what operation needed to solve the problem. As for example, “Alan have 8 green apples in the basket and he add another 2 green apples into the basket, how many apples all together in the basket now?” from this example, teacher must explain to the child the word “add” in the sentences is the keyword or the operation needed to solve the problem. In addition, teacher should master the skill of interpreting of the mathematical word problems according to enable dyslexia children understand well the need of the questions. Children are suggested to put in their own words of the concept from the mathematic numerical problems. This method has been proven efficient for dyslexia children (The British Dyslexia Association, 2007). Family Helping dyslexic children can be a challenging task for parents. The main purpose of homework is to help children training for a new skill, able to finish the work started in class and find out about a new topic (East Sussex Country Council, 2011). There are some aspects that parents need to take into account. Parents can create rules on when and how their child homework will be completed. For example parents can let their child to start with their favourite subject, take a break after each task and let them know when the time to return to their work is. Parents can give verbal reminder such as “Amanda, just a reminder that there are only three more minutes left in your break”.
