Goals and Philosophy
The goals of my research program are as follows:
• Develop a diverse and productive research program based on psychological principles.
• Provide a strong scientific basis for the utilization of psychological standards and research methods to repair ensuing problems in the working environment and enhance personal satisfaction.
• Work at training graduate and undergraduate students in research and study workplace productivity, management, and employee working styles. This will introduce methods to improve the morale, and personality of the personnel for a company or organization.
The training of graduate students in psychological research is crucial for research programs. Through the research process, I intend to train students in basic business concepts, research methodology, management strategies, and philosophies of science. More specifically, I am particularly interested in solutions to the likelihood of managers/supervisor’s willingness to choose, provide employment or groom, train, as well as place the additional resources that are required to make accommodations for those workers who are deemed, as per roles of leadership who have or developed a disability for employment at the perspective organizations.
My primary approach to research in this area is to utilize case studies and organizational diagnosis methodologies to examine perspective organizations that are attempting to initiate the implementation of programs for this area of job research.
