It states that even though white males make hundred percent of the payment, white women only make seventy-eight percent of the white males payment. For me, choosing a college was a personal choice for me to make because it is important for me to be comfortable and enjoy the experience. Being on college campuses where there is a mix of people with different backgrounds and different interests will educate you and allow you to meet people you may have not met had you gone to a less diverse college.
