Education is one of the most important professions, is it the foundation for the development of all others areas of society. The educator has the responsibility of teaching those men and women who tomorrow will take the reins of society. The fundamental purpose of education is makes possible the success of students in their lives. As a leader in the educational system, I will promote a vision of a school as a community of learners where every one is welcomed, valued, and respected in the similar way. I would like to create a place where everybody could be felt as a family, sharing the same values and beliefs. It is my intention builds a culture of care and cooperation. I want to generate a collaboration environment, with spaces to listen opinions and ideas. I want heard the voice of my people, know what they better think could works for the goodness of the school. A school functioning as an inclusive system where faculty and staff could participate in the decision making process. I believe that a participative decision making-process is the best way to develop a climate of integration. I’ll give all the opportunities and resources available for the professional development and continuing education of my people.
I would like to become in a friend and a father with the necessary sensibility to understand and take care of the problems. Serve the entire school community with humility, joy, and mercy. I want educated women and men of tomorrow, with the necessary tools to face our ever-changing world. I think that tomorrow’s people should be experts in technology, business, and leadership. My ultimate aspiration is prepare human beings for the challenges waiting for them in the outside
