Essentially, I believe education is a community effort and responsibility. The superintendent serves as the leader of the educational organization and sets the tone by establishing and providing an environment that allows all students to reach their full potential, yet it takes the entire community to provide an all-inclusive educational experience for all children. As a means of developing a community that is truly vested and deeply values the educational experience, educational leaders, parents, teachers, and all community members must be actively committed partners in the education process.

Introducing students to various learning styles is necessary to encourage and motivate students to become active learners, critical thinkers, and taking ownership in the learning process. AS the educational leader of the district, I expect all classroom to be vibrant and alive with activity while actively seeking teachers who take advantage of situation that empower students to learn.
Relationships play a vital role in the success of your school and the educational process of the student. I place emphasis upon our administration, faculty, and staff to develop strong, meaningful relationships with students and their families and most importantly, to always do what’s in the best interest of the student personally and educationally. We are the difference makers in the lives of our students and it must be our mission to ensure a safe, meaningful, and enjoyable learning experience that ensures the success of each student we come into contact with.
Effective curriculum balances structure with flexibility. Curriculum should be robust and challenging to facilitate high-level, critical thinking skills while encompassing multiple types on ongoing assessment that truly measures the success of both students and
