I have ten years experience as a Director of Guidance at High Point Regional High School and have held many leadership roles in the school district. My greatest skill and strength is my ability to use technology to aid my everyday duties. As the Director of Guidance, I have created master schedules in three different Student Information Systems; STI, PowerSchool and Genesis.
The purpose of my letter is to inform you with the problem of quality teachers I have experienced through my educational career.
