Midlothian Middle School has been the place covering up hundreds of pieces of history these past hundreds of years. So much history that one could have a hard time memorizing all of it. There is one story though, one that stuck around. Always there, knocking on the back of your head asking to come into your mind like when someone knocks on your door asking to come in. The spot where Midlothian Middle school stands today sure has been a hotspot for some interesting history.
From the start of segregation or even slavery, African Americans have been treated differently, without any respect, hatred, and so much more. Many adults and students who have been through so much, but, the bravest of them all were nine of them who had the courage to be the only African Americans at Little Rock High School, an all white school. These students were Melba Pattillo, Ernest Green, Elizabeth Eckford, Minnijean Brown, Terrence Roberts, Carlotta Wall, Jefferson Thomas, Gloria Ray, and Thelma Mothershed. Before the students got enrolled into Little Rock High School, they went to two different schools. Carlotta, Jefferson, and Gloria went to Paul Laurence Dunbar Junior High School in Little Rock, Arkansa.
Persavsive Paragragh I think Grandview R2 Middle School should have recess. Recess would provide more phyisical activities and exersize for kids, also i think recess provides free time for kids to get away from work for a little bit. The normal time to have recess would be after lunch to let energy befor comming back to class. Also i think recess is a time for kids to let out stress from work that has been put on them. Recess help kids stay active and healthy also it would help kids not sleep in class while doing his or her work.
This week in Windham Middle School has been the most dramatic week they've had all year…so far. Plenty has happen this week, most included water bottles. How might a water bottle cause so much drama in one school? Let’s explain. This all started one day because Jimmy texted Emilia when she was with Brandon, Emilia’s boyfriend.
Jeremiah Kebede Mr. Long English 2/28/17 How were children in 1965 different than children now? How were children in 1965 different than kids now? The difference is back then kids weren’t uncovered to new and superior era like children are actually. Back then the kids weren’t able to get as tons education as it is available now. In the 60s there were different of speaking than the manner we talk to each other nowadays within the 2000s.
It is absurd that when students, who are eager to get to class on time to learn something new, are forced to be late, simply because other students simply stand unmoving in the hallway transfixed on their phones or talking with their friends. As a result, the regular flow of traffic in the hallways at Las Cruces High School are blocked so badly, it is as if you were witnessing a traffic jam at rush hour. This prompts trying to go the bathroom between classes highly improbable, for it is hard enough to make it to class on time without trying to make a stop at the bathroom. Students have resorted to plowing and shoving through people as their only way to possibly make it to class, and be in their seat before the tardy bell rings. I think that
6th grade began and and with it started a new year. On the first day me and
Do you believe that innocent people should be punished for what others have done? Imagine this, you are a doctor and you are payed five hundred thousand dollars a year. Someone at the hospital makes a critical mistake and loses the hospital millions. Instead of the one worker being fired, everyone that works there takes a huge pay cut and now only make three hundred thousand per year. Did your opinion change?
When you offered to be my partner for a class activity in 8th grade, you probably didn’t know much that simple action would impact my life. At that time, I was going through a fight with my best friend that lead to many of my other friends abandoning me. I have always been a shy person, having a hard time making friends and keeping them. In 8th grade I was going through a period of my life where I didn’t want anything to do with other people because I thought there was no point if people were going to leave me in the end.
I have three daughters, but the oldest two are the eldest of our five children. My firstborn girls are close in age, being born only nineteen months apart. As their mother, I can see all of the endless changes as they grow into their own person, transforming into the beautiful women they will become. They compliment each other well when they are together, but they each have their own assorted likings and distinct perspectives on life. And although they are extraordinarily close, they are remarkably dissimilar, as much so as daylight and dark.

The first day of middle school for me was both terrifying and exciting. I made a lot of new friends within the year. I remember the first day very well. I had woke up at 5;30 a.m. I was extremely tired.
Blossom Hill Nursery School, an Experience in Infant Education The school of my choice is Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia considering that they teach with a Christian worldview. While I already contribute to my community and my church, having a teaching degree from Liberty University Online will strengthen my Christian values, broaden my knowledge base, and equip me with the skills necessary to impact my sphere of influence. Already a small business owner, my desire is to pursue an early childhood education degree, so that I can own and manage my own infant nursery school. I follow a generation of teachers-- my grandmother, my mother, and my sister. Since teachers do not earn that much money, not much has been saved for my college funds.
Kindergarten to 8th grade I attended a private school called Holy Family Catholic School. The school was very small along with classes, teachers extremely strict and hallways always quiet, the totally opposite from Dr. Henry A. Wise. My first day of high school I was very nervous I was not used to big classes, endless amount of students in the halls and the loud ruckus. This was an educational challenge for me because it was a totally different learning environment for me that i had to get used to quickly. My studying habits also challenged me through high school because test and quizzes were given out frequently and if you didn't know how to study you probably wouldn’t get a good grade.
