Knowledge is generated from external sources by utilizing technology and software, forming strategic partnerships and hiring experts and consultants, and internal sources of knowledge in the organization are from the process of organizational learning and those learning achieved by individuals who are part of the organization and the company (Krstic, 2007, pp. 53–66, cited in Jelenic, 2011).

The Aim of The Paper
This paper is an attempt to assess the knowledge management of STC using the Knowledge Management Assessment Tool by the Asian Productivity Organization (For reading more about this manual, see the reference page at the end of this document).
