On a scale of 1-10, I would rate my emotional expression skills as a seven. My emotional expression is much more controlled in social environments, compared to at home. How does your level of independence affect your decision making? I feel like my level of independence affects my decision making greatly. I have been working since the age of fifteen so I am independent in that way, but financially for school, I am dependent on my parents. I live in with my parents, so most of my decisions are affected by them. I think I am independent in a way that I can go out whenever I want, and I can make decisions for myself. I think that I am emotionally dependent on my family. Whenever I have any concerns I will ask my family for advice before making a decision. The customer was being very rude, and disrespectful to my co-worker. After the return happened, the customer left, and my co-worker, Heather, under her breath swore at the rude customer. My belief was that Heather was being unprofessional and shouldn’t be swearing at customer despite a customer being rude to her. A customer heard Heather swearing at a customer, and started acting aggressive and started to yell at her. I had to jump into the conversation and apologize a thousand times to the customer and tell her that I would talk to Heather about unprofessional language in the workplace. The effect was the customer said it was ok and said that I should talk to Heather about the issue. I had to report the incident to our store supervisor, and Heather got written
