Create a poster, for the trainee staff, illustrating the typical phases of a project lifecycle, with a clear explanation of each of the stages.
The phases of a project lifecycle include the following:
Define and Produce Specification
The first part of a project lifecycle is defining what the project will be about this first part is important because if the project wasn’t defined then what will the staff and the project manager be working on as they would have no idea what is required this can be done by asking for the requirements that the client wants for the project if there is one, then after this comes the specifications this means what components are needed for the project or any other things that are needed will vary depending on what the project is about but this will give the manager details on the things needed so that they would be able to get a precise cost on the components needed.
Plan and Design
Next comes the plan for the project which gives a better idea of what the project will look like and also it might have a rough sketch of not only the design but the components as well it can also have a timeline to give everyone working on the project a time frame when certain parts or things in the project needs to be done, design is also part of this part of the life cycle this
