My culminating project is going to be named: “Anti-Semitism or Justice: A Palestinian Liberation Theology.” I am going to do a political theology research and study on the contemporary issues of Zionism, Israel-Palestine conflict, and the oppressive experience of Palestinians across the world, through the lens of liberation theology. Three Abrahamic rivals each claim their roots in Jerusalem, in Palestine, has been a curse and a blessing for those indigenous, who inherited this “holy land” from their ancestors. Powers have fought over this land for its strategic location for thousands years, and three thousand years for its symbolic meaning. This Palestinian liberation theology is going to lead a major shift of the meaning of Exodus, and the election of Jewish as God’s people, and the promised land, to unveil the criticism of oppressors and Christian fundamentalism, and the empowerment of the oppressed behind the literal meaning of the Bible. This Palestinian liberation theology reveals the oppressive, and dictative side of the practice of Zionist liberation theology and ideology as a new brutal system of racism, and the fact that Palestinians are been marginalized, criminalized, dehumanized by the great power of Jewish peoplehood. I am proposing a Palestinian liberation theology with justice and compassion. Christian justice is a tough love. We love people, love our neighbors and our enemies. We should try to acknowledge their hurts, we try to dig behind their fears and their need to dominate. But we never, ever tolerant injustice from anyone, for our love imbedded with justice. And only justice rooted in love and compassion for everyone can save us from this vicious circle of extreme violence. Different from Zionist ideology, we are not empowering one group of the oppressed to be the oppressor of another
