Recommended: Students and extracurricular activities
As I strive to achieve great academic success and leadership at Montana State University, I hope that my previous experiences will catalyze this process. Using my interests in academics, participation in extracurricular activities, and my own strengths, I hope to become a strong leader. I know I can achieve being both a scholar and an example for other students by utilizing my previous experiences. When I start my journey at Montana State, I expect to find students with common academic interests as myself. My goal is to connect with these students, who appreciate education in a similar way I do, in order to help each other understand topics or lessons that we will learn.
Mission Statement I, Holly Modlin, in the 2015-16 school year will strive to learn new things. I value honesty and respect. I also value responsibility, and hard work. One of my goals is to be able to do a left handed lay-up in a basketball game. Another one of my goal is to get A’s in all of my classes.
Moreover, I have attempted to live my life in the same manner. At an early age, I learned the importance of academic excellence, integrity, leadership, and community service. My goals here at Alcorn include a BS in Elementary Education. I believe that this will help me give back to my community, improve my school district and become a better, well-rounded
The world, as well as ourselves, can become confident. I will encourage scholarship, leadership, and good citizenship with my school and community. With my hardwork, not only shall I benefit, but all that I help shall be benefited as well.
Goal 1: Enhancing Student Success Morgan State University is a prestigious and distinguished institution
I plan to contribute as an active participant within the Living Learning program by attending study groups and help other with my finding/ recommendations. As a Regents’ scholar, I plan to exhibit the values and friendliness of a great community member. I will be actively involved in events and programs geared towards the community goal. I expect to interact with my fellow students daily, and bring the attitude and character of what Texas A&M stands for. I will participate in as many events as my schedule will allow to create a better sense of community and maybe find a life long friend.
I hope to bring diversity to all who walk on the campus. My background has shaped me into the intelligent African American woman I am today. Without growing up in the “hood”, I may have not been able to find the best career that interested me. I also would not have been able over all the challenges thrown at me. Instead I remained determined and motivated so that I was able to achieve all of the goals set before me.
By taking advantage of opportunities provided by the University, one can boost their experience and improve their resume which allows them to quickly find a job out of college and helps them stand out from other applicants. Such reflects on the ideals of “hard work” that come with the argument of the American Dream, those that put in the effort, get the best out of it. However, since we do not live in a perfect world, it is easier said than done. Therefore, the speech was meant to encourage students to step out of their comfort zone and explore things such as thinking critically about oneself and participating in internships, volunteering while staying involved within the community. Such reflects the ideals of the American Dream and how effort allows for a boost to a resume and therefore higher chance to a better life in the United States.
By being a part of the legacy of Baird Scholars, I could be a student who represents the core of what the Baird community is, a student who pushes them-self to work hard, serve others, and become interdependent with others so that we may all grow stronger and smarter together as a
Confucius once said “The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence”. My goals require me to be centered, composed, devoted and determined in all that I do. Like a tree, Stevenson University has rooted all their academic programs on the achievement of excellence for all the success-hungry students that step through the doors each year. In reactions, students sprout into the field of there choice prepared and equity with a yearn for excellence embedded deep within their hearts.
As the vice president i'll be willing and ready to listen to the insight, and amazing ideas of others- hopefully making these school years the best you can have. I don't want anyone to feel as though they don't have a say to what happens in NECA. You all want something for the better of NECA and the president is an advocate for that, and my job is to back them up therefore giving them all the courage and willpower they need. There has been a lot of shifts throughout this school year, with a lot of change, frustrating everyone, all of you, to no extent. With this student council, with our honorable president with you the people voicing what you want, what you need, with me, we can create a clear path giving you everything we can in our
Hello my name is Mack Hatten and I am a junior and I am running for ASB president this next upcoming school year. My mission is to make this upcoming year one of the best and most memorable years yet at Decatur and to have an environment that is positive and inclusive to everyone. My plan as president for the next year is to make Decatur a school where everyone feels safe and welcomed. Making that environment for students & faculty will help Decatur connect to the community more by making it a place where it is okay to be yourself.
We strive to inspire our students towards leadership, innovation, and self-improvement. As a team we believe everyone enters the program as a small flickering spark, but exits a strong flame. As we enter our 7th year, our goals are to encourage coopertition, increase the influence we have in our community, and keep our team a family.
I learned how to adapt to the individual needs of students to provide them the best education. Like students with a communication disorder, many of my students would shy away from activities or tasks because of obstacles. Through these experiences, I watched my students gain the confidence to participate in activities and excel in academics to become successful individuals. As a future Speech Language Pathologist, many qualities that I possess can be improved by furthering my education.
If I was president I would threaten anyone who terrorized my country. I refuse for anyone's to make people's lives a living like they have done to mine, only I have the right to ruin American's lives. For example, those feminazis that take a fence to every little thing or the type of black people that pull the racist card to make everyone feel bad for them even though being black or white has nothing to do with anything. These types of people need to be dealt with and deleted from existents before they spread to others. When I become president, I will get rid of prisons and jails because from now on we shall on put people to death and we shall spread fear throughout the nation.
