As the factors of tantrums among children had been identified, it is easier to find the solution to this problem. However, it should be agreed that the solutions vary for each children. Some parents might have their own theory’s preference to explain their children’s behaviour thus, will always look to the theory for guidance (Mah, 2008). The biggest mistakes that parents do when their children were to throw tantrums are the parents would tend to give up and to the most extent, punish them (Wallace, 2017).

Parents should portray good behaviour in front of their children because they are the closest person to them. Do not show anger or fight in front of the children or else they will learn that anger is the best way for them to express what they feel. Children are still in the process of learning where they will absorb and imitate whatever they observe. In Islam, children are viewed as a white cloth like what had been reported by Muslim, “The mother of every person gives him birth according to his true nature. It is subsequently his parents who make him a Jew or a Christian or a Zoroastrian.” This explains how the behaviour of parents will also give impacts on the children’s behaviour. Therefore, parents should be a good role model for their children as the children are always observing their parents’ acts.
As mentioned earlier, the solution for tantrums may vary for different children. Some solutions might be helpful for some children and some might not. All and all, parents must understand their children as in Islam, parents have the full responsibilities in handling their children and it is their duty to fulfill their children’s’ needs. By viewing the Islamic solutions that have been guided by the Prophet and the Quran, it is essential that taking care of a child with temper requires lots of patience and love and parents will get plenty of rewards in the
