However, this approach can lead to dehumanization because it gets rid of responsibility, creativity and communication between employees. For example, at McDonalds employees work like robots. From the research I conducted, I noticed that every employee that serves a customer will always take their order in the same way, asking the same question first. This approach would lead to a decrease in efficiency and employee performance because, demotivated employees would give a negative attitude, no job structure and employees could miss out on career opportunities such as promotions and training.
It is essential that Managers at Junction Hotel to understand how teams work so that they can manage each team in the correct way, ensuring that team members know what they are doing and Managers know what to expect from their team.
