Cost Structure Everland invests their money on different places in order to attract more customers. Main investments are on the products, promotion and place. Everland diversifies products and improves quality, design, and features of Brand name, packaging, sizes, services, and warranties. Everland also invests on sales promotion and advertisement to attract new customers. Plus, Everland seeks the way to reduce the cost by checking channels, coverage, assortments, locations, inventory, and transportation. Distribution System Everland has been using many different ways to promote ticket sales. Before access of internet was easy, Everland used a number of ways to promote and sell tickets. First of all, Everland used sponsors like SKT, KTF, Coca Cola and raised their brand awareness. Secondly, they used a TV to promote Everland. Similar to these days, everyone watched the TV. So the company advertised Everland through commercials for promotions. However these days, Everland is using internet as a way of advertising and selling the tickets. There is a part of theme example as American Adventure of attraction and Magic Land of Earth town and European Adventure of rose garden looks like Europe and Utopia of zoo, safari. There is a theme festival and event like Happy Halloween and Summer Flash, too. Happy Halloween is various festival and events and reminds us of Halloween. Summer Flash has cool atmosphere and gives a great pleasure to customers for the summer
