As the countdown closes in, over 20,000 apostolics will finally make that long-awaited trip to Oklahoma City. I’ve attended North American Youth Congress for many years now and have experienced my fair share of memories. Some of which included, enduring a 12+ hour trip to Charlotte, NC, with not only a bus without air conditioning but also broke down on the side of the highway between services. Only a few more days away, procrastination happens to be the common theme when it comes to packing and getting ready for youth congress so, if you’re like me, the night before traveling, packing falls low on the list of priorities. Specifically, the GYD app is your one stop shop access for all the information for NAYC! View the NAYC schedule, speaker bios, OKC restaurant list, and other NAYC information. Evernote Evernote is the best app for sermon/session note taking. In Evernote, you can add images from your computer/tablet/phone within each note and with the free account you can also record audio attachments for up to 2 hours. Currently, if you have an Android phone, the handwriting feature is now available but fortunately for us iPhone users are able to download the Penultimate app to integrate with Evernote. Foursquare Foursquare is a great way to find the best eateries Oklahoma City has to offer. You can pull up restaurants close by as well as view reviews by other customers. The best part of this app is the customization of food preferences you can set ahead of time. As you explore OKC, this app will notify you of restaurants with range that meet your present preferences.
