Roca Inc. Established in 1988, Roca Inc. utilizes an evidence based intervention model to disrupt the cycle of violence and poverty. This program places young at-risk populations on a positive trajectory – those who have entered the criminal or juvenile system, those involved in criminal behaviors, those who may have dropped out of school, or those who have been too difficult for other programs. Furthermore, this outcome driven organization operates using a performance management system and impact evaluation. Each facet of Roca Inc.’s four year model is designed to produce measurable outcomes. For example, in Fiscal Year 2015 (FY 15) they served 659 young men from 21 different cities statewide.
