Career reassignments “Lord, I am free” I said. Then, I introduced the key to start my car. When I heard the engine running, I turned up the volume of the music and I accelerated, trying to leave the workplace as quickly as I could. In view of the fact that I wanted to stay alone, I took a different path to usual, closing the possibility that any person would be able to follow me. My car was jumping like a trotting horse due to the uneven ground, but I did not stop until I have been sure that no one will find me. All my body was being touched by a fresh air. At that moment, I closed my eyes perceiving the sunlight trough the eye lids and appreciating the air pushing my hair to dance on my face. When, I heard the sound of the wind, tears of happiness and nostalgia for my years as an educator were streaming down my cheeks. With many mixed emotions, I spoke to the Lord “Father, Creator of the universe; I thank you for this moment…I thank you for the opportunities in the life you gave me… I thank you for your support to correct me in the mistakes I did…I thank you for equipped me to teach… I thank you for empowered me to face every teaching situation…I thank you for encourage me to finish this chapter of my life.” My mind was running at the speed of light. Many episodes of my entire career were appearing, and I thanked for everyone. I was totally free to express by wherever way, feeling and expressing every word with its own emotional charge. As the sun crept and I saw the end of the day gifted with gloaming, my thoughts were going out, some of them loud and others in silence, letting me know that life is a continuous change.
