Introduction to human services. Reflective essay The motivation for an individual to undertake a career in Human Services is determine by a number of factors. This is essay is going to reflect on some of those factor that motivated me as individual. It will further outline some Human Services operations internationally and in Australia that I feel I might make a great contribution.
