Ultimately, we do not use them just communicate; we use our phones to catch up on news, listen to music, and play games. This can disturb our circadian rhythms because the blue light emits wave lengths close to daylight which can make our bodies think that it is daytime. The blue light 's effect can cause you to be tired throughout your day. After weeks of lack of sleep, your brain will not function at its optimal level.

Radiofrequency energy is emitted from phones and the tissue closest to the phone can absorb the energy. Therefore, the toxic effects cause cancer.
