Explain The Four Steps Scientific Method

1. The scientific method is made up of four steps. The first step is Observation where someone notices something that is going on. The second step is Hypothesis where a statement is then made to try and explain why the thing that was observed is happening. This hypothesis must be testable and falsifiable. The third step is Experiment. This is when an experiment is set up and conducted to test the hypothesis. The fourth step is the Conclusion. Based on the results of the experiment, the hypothesis is either proven or disproven. The scientific method is applied in the biological sciences to try to better understand life on Earth and how every living thing is connected.
