What were your thoughts and feelings while preparing and during the facilitation of your activity? When I was preparing the game, I felt nervous that it may be too boring for the people playing or that this activity should have been done earlier in the semester so I was doubting our activity a bit. Once the activity started I felt less nervous because everybody seemed excited to play Jenga and we got positive feedback on the questions we asked.

I think I did well in organizing what needed to be done and formatting the activity plan in an organized way. I did well with keeping on top of things. I would send reminders to Tehya about buying the blocks and about bringing them in on Friday. I also think as a team, Tehya and I did really well on the whole facilitation of the game. 1. I learnt that facilitating a group activity takes a lot of work and effort to make sure it is prepared properly. Even though our preparation looked simple, buy blocks, write the questions on them, and then play, it was much more than that. First we had to decide what activity we even wanted to do, then come up with a way that it would get everybody involved and have a main goal, then we had to come up with the questions and make them fun and also make sure that they would allow us to learn about an individual, then you have to actually facilitate it and hope that it goes well.
2. I learnt that when it comes to getting things done I am good at starting the procedure for example, doing the rough draft of the planning format, and I am good at making sure things get done on time and try and make it the best possible while including other group member’s ideas. It was Tehya’s idea for the Jenga game and also once Tehya edited the format plan, I went back and also made minor changes that way her changes were there and so were
