Did you know psychology states that the more you hide your feelings the stronger it grows. Now in my opinion this theory could be applied to any situation. Now imagine yourself in the future. Stepping into the big bad world. With a job and everything. But one issue. Your boss is being a jerk, you can’t say anything you need a job to survive. So what do you do? Nothing. What happens when you do nothing? The hatred towards your boss grows more. Now that you made the stupid decision to not open your mouth that negativity and distaste increases towards that friend. Don’t just sit there in a corner all bottled up with so many confessions. So many things to say to yourself. So many things to say to others. If you continue doing that, there will be one day when the bottle cracks and everything will spill and you will have no control of cleaning the mess up. Don’t you just get tired of keeping your mouth sewn shut? Sometimes it’s good to leak a few things out for the world to know. Because, if you do there won’t be to many things built up in your head. Keeping everything to yourself sometimes causes stress and social anxiety disorder. Yes, according to Webmd you constantly feel worried and self-conscious about everyday social situations. You always think about others judging you or on being embarrassed. All I want to say for this is that fear of talking causes anxiety.
