If you were to stay young forever, you wouldn 't be able to experience life to the fullest because we are all meant to grow old and die. So, with that experience, you wouldn 't understand the meaning of life and you wouldn 't have the wisdom of an old person. Do you think the juvenile system is fair ? there are many examples on how the system isn't fair in charging some kids as adults yet they aren't allowed to do adult things. There are many reasons why they shouldn't be charged as a adults and they are lack of good decision making, Immaturity and abusive households.

“I think that the best thing we can do for our children in order for them to learn life lessons is letting them believed more on their choices and in themselves,”C.Joybell once stated. It is very important to let children experience by themselves because they will understand what life is about. Many people, no matter how old they are, around the world struggle in life because they are used to the easy things, for parents always do everything for themselves, so when it’s time to be apart from their parents, they will struggled on what decisions to make and that’s the reason why is better for them to experience by themselves little by little. When a Child kills another human being, are they considered an adult? In a court of law, the answer to this question may vary. Children, based on their crime, should be tried as adults when they are adults. They should be able to serve time in juvenile detention, and when they turn the age of 18 be re-evaluated to see where they will end up. Children are not developed enough to be held accountable as adults.

I do not believe it is clear as to which argument is right, they both have great and understandable points, but I can tell you from experience that growing up without much accesibility to electronics has made me able to think for my self, analyse many situations (due to experience), and aquire great people skills. Kid's do need to be involved in group activites, but also need to make decisions for themselves, parents often forget that their child will not always have mom and dad around to guide them, so they need to let the
When children and teens commit a violent crime such as murder, courts convict them as adults. This means that children as young as eight have been tried as adults in court. Eventually, these convicts will be housed in jails with adults. Despite the federal law stating that juvenile and adult inmates must be separated, most states do not comply with these rules. Furthermore, a law that varies throughout the states is the age in which courts send the children to adult or juvenile prisons.

We live in a complex, unpredictable world, filled with an array of family styles and personalities. Whether or not we recognize it, the family in which one is raised or currently resides plays a pivotal role in their development and opportunities. While we should not blame our circumstance on where we came from, it is crucial that we understand how our childhood influences why we are the way we are. One phenomenon that affects several families, particularly ones with low-income, is parentification. Parentification, also known as the role-reversal of a parent and a child, is not inherently harmful for a child, but it is important to look at the situation objectively and consider the risk-factors.
