Kids should be able to use cell phones in school. There are many reasons why they should. In school students could have a tough time learning they could have an online assistant to help them. Different things could happen at school that the students will have to face. If an emergency happens and the students can’t get to a phone what will they do? This is why they should have a phone on them all the time.

In school kids should be able to look things up. If the computer is unavailable then they could just pull out their phone. If students do not understand something and they do not want to ask the teacher they could look it up. A phone could also teach students responsibility. If they use it only when the teachers tell them to they are responsible kids.

Kids should be free to do what they want. If they finish their work and have nothing to do they can get on their phone. Sometimes the school internet does not work. When they are waiting for the internet to work, they can use their phones. Kids could do work, play games, talk to their friends and family, and many more things on their phone. If a kid needed to catch up on something and it was due today they could do it on their phone quickly. They would get the work done at least.

You never know if something could happen at school. If an emergency happened and kids carried their phones they could contact someone. If someone broke into the school the only phone we could get to is one in the front office. Teachers have phones in their rooms but they would have to hide if someone broke in.
