Fablehaven Sparknotes

The title of my book is called fablehaven it is written by a man named brandon mull, he is 42 years old and has written the entire fablehaven book series as well as writing the five kingdoms series and the spirit animal series. Fablehaven genre is fantasy and adventure scene most of the book is about a journey throughout a magical reserve. The two main characters in my book is a girl named Kendra Sorenson who is the reserved and sensible one and Seth Sorenson who is a little reckless and they have to spend a month at their Grandpa Stan's farm while their parents go on vacation. They live in a playroom in the attic with a hen named Goldilocks. They're allowed to swim in the pool and play in the garden, but they can't enter the barn or the mysterious

Meanwhile, Kendra sees a man named dale who is the groundskeeper of the house, playing pie pans full of milk across the yard that seems to attract hummingbirds and insects. When they came kendra was given 3 small keys by her grandfather she ended up finding a secret notebook and in the notebook it says to drink the milk that is in the yard. When they both drink the milk they notice that the butterflies and hummingbirds are actually fairies. When her grandfather finds out they have drunk the milk they have a serious conversation about the area and that it is a magical fairy land reserve. Then midsummer eve arrives it's a time when all the magic critters are set free to roam all over the reserve including their house and grandpa sorenson instructs the kids to go upstairs place earplugs in their ears and make circles of salt around their beds and looking out the window is absolutely forbidden. Seth then opens the window because he is tricked and lets in many dark magic critters. They both manage to get to there safe salt circled beads with there pet chicken too But by morning grandpa is gone and dale has turned into some sort of
