#3: Describe an implementation of online education that avoids the fallacy of reification by incorporating the instructor-student relation into its plan for achieving good learning outcomes. The fallacy of reification in terms of online courses and technology in general makes many think that technology makes people irrelevant. We invest in technology with its own independent reality that assumes no need for the participation of society for it to be successful. We treat technology as magic that can instantly solve problems. To avoid the fallacy of reification we need to realize that we need to invest more in the people that are interacting with the technology (online courses) rather than just assuming the online courses will magically be successful
