As all respondents raised and mentioned issue of sexuality is one of the contents of communication special among husband and wife’s cultural or feeling wise. In a patriarchal society like Ethiopia and traditional constitution of families, the issue of sexuality has remained as secret (disclosed) even among literate and considered modern families. Family relationship is the core for content of communication that is based on open communication and encourages self-disclosure and minimize cultural and language difference. According to, (Olson, 2000), family is a place where family members characterized by intimacy, intensity and commitment among each other. This means that family is the first social world a children or children encounter (Keller, 1998). And it is the place where children introduced to intimacy, personal relationship. As. (Charoenthaweesub Rath, Mathurada; Hitchcock, John, 2012), good communication within the families promotes good relationships among family members.

Therefore, family relationships among families of different culture group maximize openness and minimize fear of difference. The interview result revealed that family relationship is base for good family management, financial management, and child- parent communication and related issues. It was understood from the research conducted; that almost all respondents complain and said matter of family relationship is the most issues and problems among family members because of respecting to one another’s culture and languages differences in relation to children’s belongingness to their family’s cultural groups and ignorance to the respective relatives. In general this shows that family relationship is the area of orientation about family life and the society someone belongs including children because as it is mentioned by ,(Deacon, 1988), children first accept and receive orientation as the source of acceptability and structure of the day they live in and style of living as well. Family relationship helps the family members to practice and take full participation in the society without hesitation of misunderstanding of cultural and language difference with clear understanding of their respective and relatives within their contents of family communication.
